- Blue Layer (Berry): 1 package (3 oz / 85 g) blue raspberry-flavored gelatin

Instructions
- Prepare the red layer: In a medium bowl, pour 1 cup boiling water over cherry gelatin powder and whisk until dissolved (1-2 minutes). Add 1/2 cup cold vodka and stir gently. Pour about 1 tablespoon into each shot cup. Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes until firm but tacky.
- Make the white layer: Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water and let bloom for 5 minutes. Bring 3/4 cup boiling water to a boil, add bloomed gelatin and stir until dissolved. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, then add 1/2 cup cold vodka. Cool for 5 minutes. Gently pour about 1 tablespoon over red layer in each cup. Refrigerate 30-40 minutes to set.
- Prepare the blue layer: Whisk 1 cup boiling water into blue raspberry gelatin until dissolved. Add 1/2 cup cold vodka and mix gently. Cool for 5 minutes. Pour carefully over white layer to avoid breaking it. Chill at least 2 hours until fully set.
- Serve chilled. Store leftovers covered in fridge up to 3 days.

Patience is key to achieve clean layers; chill each layer until firm but tacky before adding the next. Pour layers gently over the back of a spoon to avoid mixing.
