  • 24 mini smoked sausages

  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean cutting board. If using perforated dough, pinch all seams together to form a solid rectangle. Gently press into a smooth, even layer.
  3. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the dough into 24 even strips. Cut the rectangle in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 12 thin strips.
  4. Take one strip of dough and wrap it around a mini smoked sausage at a slight diagonal, overlapping the ends slightly to resemble football laces. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining sausages and dough strips.
  5. In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave (15-20 seconds). Use a pastry brush to lightly coat the top of each wrapped sausage.
  6. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning (or chosen topping) evenly over the tops.
