A quick and easy no-cook snack board featuring fresh summer fruits, a variety of cheeses, crunchy honeycomb, nuts, and crackers. Perfect for casual gatherings or a light, refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • Strawberries, sliced
  • Blueberries
  • Green grapes, seedless
  • Fresh figs, halved
  • Soft goat cheese, crumbled
  • Aged cheddar, cubed
  • Brie or Camembert, sliced
  • Fresh raw honeycomb chunks
  • Toasted almonds or walnuts
  • Crackers or sliced baguette
  • Fresh thyme or mint sprigs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse all fruits under cold water and pat dry. Slice strawberries and figs into bite-sized pieces. Remove grapes from stems and set aside. Arrange fruits in separate piles or small clusters on the board.
  2. Using cheese knives, cut the cheddar into cubes, slice the Brie or Camembert into wedges, and crumble the goat cheese. Place each cheese in distinct sections on the board.
  3. Place chunks of fresh honeycomb on a small bowl or directly on the board near the cheeses. Handle gently as honeycomb is sticky and fragile.
  4. If using raw nuts, toast them lightly in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until fragrant and golden. Let cool before adding to the board.
  5. Lay out crackers or slices of baguette in a fan shape or neat stack on the board.
  6. Scatter a few fresh herb sprigs over the board for color and aroma. Optionally, drizzle a small amount of honey lightly over the cheeses.

Notes

Let cheeses sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes before assembling for best flavor and texture. Handle honeycomb gently to avoid breaking. Prepare fruits and cheeses shortly before serving to keep fresh. Toast nuts only if raw and desired. Swap fruits and cheeses seasonally or for dietary needs. For dairy-free, use plant-based cheeses and replace honeycomb with agave or maple syrup.
