A quick and easy cinnamon apple cider mocktail that tastes like fall in a glass. Made with simple ingredients, it’s perfect for weeknights or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) apple cider
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) ginger ale
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cinnamon stick (for garnish)
  • 23 apple slices (for garnish)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill your glass with ice cubes to about three-quarters full.
  2. Pour 1 cup (240 ml) of apple cider over the ice.
  3. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon evenly over the cider.
  4. Stir for 10-15 seconds until the cinnamon is mostly dissolved.
  5. Slowly pour 1/2 cup (120 ml) of ginger ale down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation.
  6. Give it one gentle stir to combine.
  7. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slices.
  8. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice as desired.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use cold ingredients to minimize ice melt. The 2:1 ratio of cider to ginger ale can be adjusted to taste. For a pitcher, multiply ingredients by 4-6 and mix cider and cinnamon ahead of time.
